General Store Pet Damage ProgramThis is a new program. It is reported that 50% of rental prospects have pets and most owners do want the risk of damage.We have a solution. This program cost the tenant $360 annnualy and gives you the owner coverage of $3000 for general damages and $3000 for pet damages. Greater coverage for the owner and a lower deposit for the tenant. I.e. If a deposit is $1400 we deduct $360 for the protection and consider the balance of $1040 as a refundable deposit for cleaning or trash removal. ASK ABOUT IT.
