If contested the cost increases to $700 or more. If a stipulation is required that is an extra $75.00 Our new program offers EVICTION ASSURANCE – WHICH MEANS Assurance we will pay the bill if there is an eviction. It is further assurance we carefully screen tenant prospects. This service is an option and only costs $10.00 per month
